Since 2012, Alexandra Falagara & Brita Lindvall Leitmann have run the design studio Bastion – Agency Studio Lab, where we investigate how feminist and postcolonial theory can be transformed through visual communication. Most notable is perhaps our redesign of the Swedish magazine Bang (2012–2015), which illuminates and plays with typographic traditions, visual culture, and editorial principles — a project that encircles Bastion's aesthetically and methodologically ground-breaking practice. 

Bastion works continuously with Graphic Design, Visual Communication and Typography, Lectures, Seminars, Exhibitions and Workshops.
